Unless otherwise specified, Ozfrontiers' siteAdmin managed service includes:

  • System configuration
  • Operating system upgrades
  • Supported software upgrades or service patch updates
  • Configuring mail servers
  • Configuring web servers
  • Configuring FTP servers
  • Software installation and configuration (instructions must be provided)
  • Operating system troubleshooting
  • CGI installation & troubleshooting
  • Hardware installation & upgrades
  • RAM (memory) upgrades
  • Replacing hardware components with spares or upgrades
  • Installation & replacement of hard drives

siteAdmin - Service Plans

Our siteAdmin service can be purchased as follows:

Service Fee *
Single Incident $60 (max 30 mins)
Bundled $100 / hr (15 min increments)
Pre-planned $150  /hr (15 min increments)
Emergency $250 / hr (min 1 hour - 15 min increments)
10 Pack $1,700 for 10 hours (15 min increments)
NB: 'siteAdmin - Bundled' is only for inclusion in contracts for services and does not *roll over*.
NB: 'siteAdmin - 10 Pack' can be used for pre-planned OR emergency use.
* All prices quoted above are in AUD and exclusive of 10% GST
