siteMonitor - Basic
Every Ozfrontiers' co-located/dedicated server package includes our 24x7 'siteMonitor - Basic' monitoring of 1 service port.
In the event of a non-responsive service port (http, web, pop3), you have the option of:
- Having the server rebooted;
- Being alerted by email address of the problem;
- Both of the above.
Additional service ports can be monitored.

siteMonitor - Advanced
Ozfrontiers also provides an advanced monitoring package that includes monitoring of up to 4 service ports on your server. You also get to choose a wider range of alerting and problem escalation options.
In the event of a non-responsive service port, you have the option of:
- Having the server rebooted
- Being alerted by email address of the problem
- Having an NT service stopped/started/restarted (Windows)
- Having a server process stopped/started/restarted (Linux)
- Receiving a phone call or being paged physically (max 20 calls per month)
- Any combination of the above
